Thank you for your interest on booking with Aqua Excursions.
We only issue a 100% refund if the activity or activities are cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. We will do everything possible to reschedule. However if the tour or activity is cancelled by the client we can only give a voucher for the next stay or the tour or activity can be replaced for another of the same value. You may also use it to buy products from our merchandise. No show will not be refunded. Once you are redirected to the PayPal or Stripe site and complete payment, the order is confirmed and you thereby accept this Returns and Refunds Policy.

Customers must pay in advance in order to receive the benefit of a 15% discount when coming to the Riviera Maya and staying at the hotels mentioned above. If customers staying at these hotels book an activity or product online whilst already having arrived to the hotel, and especially after visiting our physical locations and/or have talked to our staff or salespeople onsite, the offer will not be valid and the discount will not be honored. In this case, the full price of the list at the dive base applies and payment of the price difference must be made in order for Aqua Excursions to provide the service.
